Why we only sell latex
Natural latex does the things a pillow is supposed to do. It springs back instead of slowly sinking, so your neck stays supported all night. It breathes, so it sleeps cooler than memory foam. And it lasts for years rather than flattening after a few months. Once you have slept on it, going back to foam or down feels like a step backwards.
Materials, construction and care details are stated separately on each product page so customers can compare the products accurately.
A small range, chosen carefully
We do not sell dozens of near-identical pillows. We sell a contour pillow for people who want neck support, a flat Dunlop pillow for people who want a classic feel, and a U-shaped travel pillow for the road. Three shapes, one natural material, each picked to do its job well.
How we ship
Orders go out with a tracked UK courier, and delivery is free on orders of £90 or more (a flat £20 applies under £90). Most parcels arrive within 2 to 5 working days from the order date, including handling, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as yours is on its way.

Including handling time, most UK orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days from the date you place the order. You will see live tracking once your parcel is on its way.
You can pay by card through Stripe or with your PayPal account. Both are processed securely and we never see or store your card details.

If your pillow is not right for you, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact us and we will sort out a return or refund. Pillows must be in clean, resaleable condition.
Keep the pillow in its washable cover and wash the cover, not the latex core. Spot-clean the core with a little mild soapy water and let it air dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Never machine wash or tumble dry the latex itself.
Do not use a latex product if you have a diagnosed latex allergy. If you are uncertain whether latex is suitable for you, ask a qualified healthcare professional before buying.
